Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that custom items are made to order and may require standard production time before shipping.
General Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Custom Items
Some products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners (e.g. clothing, candles, hats, printed artwork). These items ship directly from the manufacturer to reduce waste and keep pricing fair. These items take about 2-5 days to process and 5-8 days to ship.
Split Shipments
If your order contains both handmade and print-on-demand items, they'll likely arrive in separate packages at separate times.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out and we will try and assist you in contacting the carrier if you've already tried.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
